Do you ever feel like you are in distress and need help? Or just need someone to listen to your problems? There are a plethora of hotlines out there for almost anything you can think of. They for the sole purpose of helping anyone they can in any form that they can. A big one is the suicide prevention lifeline and is free, confidential and available 24/7. The number for that hotline is: 1-800-273-8255. They are committed to helping anyone facing a crisis. If you prefer to communicate over text message rather than the phone, text “HELPNOW” to 20121, and a trained mental health responder will reply.
