Administration

Kimberly L. Dellinger, M.Ed., Executive Director

Kim Dellinger came to Bacon Street in February 2015. She is thrilled to be able to work with such a dynamic and dedicated group of prevention and treatment professionals and to work with the greater Williamsburg community in growing the services that we provide for teens and their families. Kim is originally from Arizona and did her undergraduate work at Northern Arizona University in history/social studies education. She continued on to graduate school at James Madison University and graduated in 2003 with her Masters of Education degree in College Student Personnel Administration.  Kim has worked in substance abuse prevention with teens for more than 20 years and is passionate about empowering youth and families to lead healthy and successful lives.  A transplant from Arizona by way of Vermont, she’s enjoying being closer to family and friends in Virginia.  She and her husband Scott have twin daughters, Kaylee and Claire who attend public school in Williamsburg-James City County.  In her free time she loves gardening, reading, hiking, and is passionate about Broadway musicals and the arts.

Rhiannon Perkins, Director of Operations

Rhiannon Perkins has been with Bacon Street for the past two years, and is an incredible Director of Operations!  She is the mom of 3 wonderful children who make the world go round for her.  Rhi, as she likes to be called, is the central command post for Bacon Street, and she skillfully coordinates and manages all of the moving parts of the agency.  Scheduling?  She can help you with that.  The door doesn’t work?  She’s got you covered with the screwdriver ready to go.  Your copay is confusing?  Rhi comes to the rescue and is able to navigate all of the finite details of the health insurance world.  We would all be lost without Rhi.  Come in and say hi!  Her smiling face is always happy to help make your world easier.  Also, she really, really likes Reese’s peanut butter eggs, pumpkins, and Christmas trees, so feel free to bribe her.

Nina Jones, Client Services Manager

Nina is a loving mother, grandmother, wife, and active member of her church. Nina’s love for children led her to Bacon Street in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. With a decade of experience in medical administration, her focus on client satisfaction and organizational perfection brought stability and energy into workplace culture. Nina’s passion to help others and serve her community combined with her years of experience has made her an expert in client services. In 2023, Nina was promoted to serve as Bacon Street’s Client Services Manager. She works closely with clients and the clinical and administrative teams on a daily basis to ensure their administrative needs are met. She is also the project lead for the new collaborative pilot program, Home First Williamsburg and Footprints Youth Collaborative Housing Program, working mostly as a mental health case manager. Nina is also pursuing a certificate to become a Peer Recovery Specialist to further follow her passions and deepen her skillset. In her free time, Nina loves to spend time with her family, spoil her grandbaby, and spend time with her church family.

Prevention

Allison Jarvis, Prevention Director

From intern to Prevention Grants Coordinator and now Prevention Director, Allison Jarvis has called Bacon Street her home since September of 2018. Fancying herself as a lifelong student, she spent decades working towards her hard earned BS from Old Dominion University. She graduated in spring of 2019 with a major in Human Services, and one year later she began working on her MSW from George Mason University. Bacon Street appealed to Allison because the adolescent population experiencing substance use disorders and mental health concerns is personal. Having overcome her own challenges during her teen – young adult years, she is an empathetic presence to youth. Being a mother of a teenager, she also understands concerns felt by parents and caregivers- no matter how smooth or bumpy of a road they may incur. And speaking of roads, that is where you will find her when she is not engaged in work or school. An Ambassador to the Virginia Capital Trail, Allison enjoys cycling and being outdoors along with admiring art in all of its forms, random road trips, her ornery rescue dog and cat, and her most favorite of all – time spent with her family.
