Bacon Street Youth and Family Services creates healthier families and more resilient youth through evidence-based behavioral health and substance use services for adolescents, young adults, and their families.

GOALS
GOAL ONE: Bacon Street will demonstrate excellence in Board participation and governance.
GOAL TWO: Enhance Bacon Street’s services in the Greater Williamsburg, and Middle/Lower
Peninsulas of Virginia to respond to the ever changing and diverse needs of the clients we
serve by providing support in our three core areas of prevention, clinical, and social services.
GOAL THREE: Bacon Street will strive for operational excellence through its management of
staffing, financial resources, and operational policies and procedures.
GOAL FOUR: Bacon Street Youth and Family Services will increase its work in resource
development and raise greater visibility of the organization through marketing and outreach.
