Crystal joined Bacon Street in April of 2021 as the Outreach Coordinator building relationships with the communities we serve and spreading our message. She is now serving in a part time capacity to support the grantwriting and data analysis needs of the agency.  From volunteering for nonprofits and community clubs, to being the Chairperson for the Gloucester Resource Council, she has dedicated herself to her community and causes. She received a BA in International Studies from Old Dominion University in 2017, and will be continuing her education in pursuit of a Master in Public Administration in the Fall of 2023. Living in Gloucester, she spends her off time with her family paddle boarding, taking random car adventures, and seeing the world.
