Journey Home Project

The Journey Home Project is funded through the Grant for the Benefit of Homeless Individuals; all services are free of charge for youth age 10-26 and their families who are struggling with homelessness and substance use, including alcohol or tobacco. 

Who Qualifies?

  • Youth ages 10-26 and their family members
  • Homeless or precariously housed (including living with family or friends, or worried about their living situation)
  • Struggling with drug, alcohol, or tobacco use or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorder. (This can be anyone in the family.)

What We Can Provide:

  • Substance Use Counseling
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Case Management/Referral Services
  • SOAR SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery Services
  • Group Counseling
  • Bus passes for transportation
  • Childcare passes
  • Drop-in day center for families who need access to hot meals, computers, laundry, and showers (Hampton location only)
